What’s it like working at Waterfind?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Waterfind demonstrates strengths in several areas, particularly its customer-focused approach and commitment to career development opportunities for employees. The company's unique systems and programming are well-regarded within the Australian water trading market, and there is recognition of the importance of long-term commitment to the business.

However, employees note that management focus can be inconsistent, with new initiatives sometimes not reaching full implementation. The dynamic nature of the industry requires frequent process updates to meet changing requirements, and there is considerable pressure to deliver with minimal downtime during the workday.

By the end of my time there, I had nothing but resent against the company and it's management.
The good thingsTheir programming was great. It was easy to use and communicate with fellow employees but by the end of my time there the only thing that was good was the size o fmy salary
The challengesThe challenges were being heard. If you have a problem, don't expect it's going to be addressed and sorted because no matter how many times you complain and put in concern with HR nothing gets done. Their managers have lack of experience and people skills and do not know how to lead a team. Constant promises and constant let down.
