Really think about if you want to put yourself through the stress.
The good thingsNice place to walk around at lunchtime.
The challengesClear instructions and expectations for the duties that are to be performed. Not expecting quick turnaround in producing work after being there for short time. Have manager that actually understands how to manager people and be supportive and explain what you need to do. Lack of clear instructions when given a task. Lack of documentation to explain the whole business. No team environment or support

My advise to anyone is to steer clear of this shambles of an organisation.
The good thingsNothing. The facilities were good but nothing else.
The challengesAtrocious poorly managed organisation. Came in to manage a bespoke project. Problems started straight away with budget already in place with no clearly defined scope. This was called out early and completely ignored. Scope on third-party vendor increased and then everyone was shocked when the budgeted T&M was blown. I received the blame for these as an easy scapegoat to save face of senior managers.

Good for the CV, terrible for your mental health!
The good things- Good location (city location) - Decent onsite facilities e.g. gym. - Good for the resume
The challenges- People play point the finger instead of supporting eachother and refuse to take ownership through collaberation - Management demands far to much of fresh staff before they even understand the business through and through - Pay structures are terrible - Zero development plans for staff, a refusal to allocate budget to develop future leaders, would rather use neoptism /favours from other Wes division to fill roles.
