Awful dealing with management
The good thingsGreat salary. Some great kids and some great programs they are able to do.
The challengesHorrible HR department. Dozens of staff have left in the last year that is not reflected in the recent 5 star reviews.
Poor communication from the Exec team to the union on EA agreements and renegging on promises. It is not a supportive place to work.
