Employees at Wild Desert appreciated the supportive colleagues and the opportunity to work in remote locations, experiencing the outback and desert life. Some highlighted the positive company culture and opportunities for career progression as strengths.

However, there were also potential challenges mentioned, such as issues with management's direction and communication. The long hours and time away from family, particularly with rosters like two weeks on and one week off, could impact work-life balance. Additionally, the harsh working conditions, including extreme weather, long drives, and poor equipment maintenance, were noted as challenges by some employees.

I was offered this role but had to move 6 hours away from my residence. They offerered me a full time position but only required me for 6 weeks. Don't move out here for a role for anybody contemplating working with this company.
The good thingsFree Lunch, No Traffic to work, Short Drive to Town but there's not much there anyhow.
The challengesPoor IT systems in terms of their custom configuration, low standards and you will be expected to know all of the workflows in the software CRM which is on excel style spreadsheets. It's a joke, Office Staff are often condescending and rude.
