    Excellent opportunities for career growth
    The good thingsIt is an excellent workplace to start your career. As we are located in a rural area we aren't pigeonholed into specialities so we are able to get in and get our hands dirty and experience all facets of our roles. The team here really care about consumers and each other.
    The challengesWe have an aging workforce, which means we have a very experienced team to learn from but also means that we are often unable to replace the many years of experience when a team member leaves.

The culture of the organisation is supportive and there are many opportunities to make the role your own, including program development. The work life balance is great, my hours a flexible as I need them for my family and no commute.
