Management is often praised for being supportive, caring, and providing opportunities for growth and development. Employees also value the training and development opportunities offered by the company, as well as the flexibility in terms of setting their own hours and working independently.

Greedy business model, charging PT's rental fees and not giving any support. Instead they kept hiring more PT so they get more rent but not caring that you will suffer with more competition.
The good thingsYou are your own business, your own hours. Pay flat weekly rent to use the space but you get 100% of client session fees.
The challengessuccess is highly dependent on your own self. Long contract that locks you in, so if you fail you're stuck to pay the weekly rent.
