Disappointing Experience Despite Polite Interactions

The good thingsThe company offers great learning opportunities. However, the work environment can be quite disorganized, with inconsistent communication and limited support from management. A mixed experience overall.

The challengesWhile initial impressions were positive, the team environment proved difficult. Collaboration was limited, communication often lacking, and support from management was minimal. Although individuals were polite, the overall culture made it hard to thrive. I hope the company addresses these issues.

The good thingsSome terrific people and clients. Strong financial stability. Exposure to strongly performing resources sector.

The challengesSenior management doesn’t support its people or the maintenance of assets and equipment. Culture turned toxic once private equity became shareholders. Focus has turned from growing a business to harvesting it for the benefit of a select few.
