Bachelor of Arts - Philosophy

This program will allow students to learn more about themselves and the world as they develop their critical thinking, analytical and interpretive skills. As a Philosophy student at Murdoch, students are invited to question and debate in a supportive environment and in an atmosphere of lively curiosity. They will develop their own critical and rational thinking skills and have a positive sense of fairness and consideration of other people's thoughts and ideas. Specific areas of study examine critical and creative thinking, theories of mind, film and philosophy, meaning and interpretation, love and friendship, sustainability ethics and more.
