Student review
I do believe the program offered by USC was very relevant to the field of contemporary 'sports' and 'exercise', both nationally and internationally. The lecturers and tutors are incredible skilled and experienced in their fields, which really shows in their design and delivery of course content. All the facilities are modern and the technology used is quite cutting-edge. Among the large amount of theoretical knowledge gained, I also received practical and hands-on skills both in the laboratory and on the field. This includes units in: Anatomy, Physiology, Coaching, Biomechanics, Exercise Prescription and Programming, Nutrition and Psychology. I truly enjoyed my experience at USC and will certainly recommend it to others without any reservation.
