The teachers were excellent all had industry experience or were still in yhe industry I did feel some subjects were rushed due to time frames of the course period thst perhaps if the course was extended by a few monthz it will allow for better detail especially with things like chocolate and dessert making. The assignments were well planned and easy to compmete once the knowledge on class was taught.

The fees were far too high for the level of the qualification. The employability based on completing this course only is very low, it does not prepare you for the industry. Recommend seeking an apprenticeship or alterative pathway.

The course was relevant to my career progression as well as the content, teaching and professional development strategies. I ended up working in 5-star hotels across Melbourne from Housekeeping to F&B then to Front Office. It was a worthwile experience and I recommend William Angliss for a tourism and hospitality management career progression and success!
