Loved my Receptionist Role and all the jobs attached to it, but extremely disappointed with the organization's management. The good thingsI enjoyed my colleagues and clinicians, they were all very friendly and helpful along the way. The times at my clinic were enjoyable too and the clients I got to know were very friendly and made my time there feel very comfortable and fun.
The challengesManagement were pretty poor in handling any difficult tasks, queries or help needed at the clinic that I worked at. Most higher up managements never even cared to get to know the frontline workers of this company, and never gave us receptionist the time of day. Training by this company was always a failure from the start, you are taught the basics and then you are left to learn as you go along. I truly loved the job, but always had great concerns as to how the higher management never saw the needs we asked for and their office equipment is old and inadequate.
