    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at St John Ambulance NT consistently praise the excellent team environment and the quality of their colleagues, noting that staff treat one another like family. They appreciate the opportunity to work with diverse cultures and clients, participate in varied events, and work in remote locations. The beautiful NT scenery is a significant benefit, providing opportunities to explore the region on days off. Staff also value the chance to help the community through their work.

However, there are some potential challenges. Some employees have noted that the management approach can be difficult, with concerns about decision-making processes and responsiveness to staff suggestions. Unsafe, unsupported, and driven by profit over care, Do not work here
The good thingsGreat local team enviroment among work colleagues, ability to occasionally work with colleagues from MRaCC during remote retrevials. Ability to work different events such as Finke desert race
The challengesDoes NOT have a medical director. Only service in Australia to not have a medical director, as the board removed the positon. Terrible management that only cares about money. No fatigue management. Crews consitently placed in dangerous positions. Multiple clinical governance reviews with no changes.
