    The good thingsDealing with 250 staff in SA by face, including Executive Directors/ Directors/ Assistant Directors/Assistants of Executive Directors/Minister and working on different projects. Also working with systems like SCCM/AD/Cisco Secure Email and Web Manager/MS 365 Admin/One Drive/Exchange Online/Manage Engine Service Desk ticketing/VCN Viewer/Team Viewer/Exchange 2016 OP/Forti Client VPN/Software Centre/Forti Token Mobile/Manage iPhones Mobiles/Intune/YSoft SafeQ //PowerShell/Teams Admin/Active Directory/Servers/SharePoint Admin. Also with Liaise with External Vendors, onboard and offboard staff, organizing SA site and meeting rooms together with property team, making sure when users leave that they return everyhting back including ID cards and work with setting up, configuring and troubleshooting Surfaces Pro and Dell laptops, Surfaces and Dell WD19 Docks and monitors.
