    The good thingsCaring for the elderly in their own homes is very satisfying. To know you can make a difference and that you are appreciated makes this job worthwhile. Oxley are a great team to work for, coordinators excellent, always supportive.
    The challengesSome challenging behaviours. Financially difficult as there is no travelling allowance and no compensation for wear and tear by using your own vehicle.
