Great place to grow, but not for seniors.
The good thingsThe people here are very friendly. As long as you keep the work up to date, there shouldn’t be a problem taking 2 hrs for a walk :)
The challengesTechnical decisions are being made by non-technical people, so sometimes you might find it not really a good decision.

    Great colleagues, challenging management style
The good thingsLovely Colleagues, made genuine friends
The challengesManagement would delay responses to committee members. They would appear to just hope issues would go away. When they would finally make a decision in the negative, my role was made to deliver the news. Very difficult to feel like you are achieving anything when you are constantly the person who delivers bad news.
