Skilled team, but selective management results in poor appreciation and recognition.
The good thingsI enjoy conducting product trainings and helping others understand the products.
The challengesManagement can improve by applying fair and consistent practices across all teams, ensuring everyone feels valued. Open communication should be prioritised so staff understand decisions and expectations clearly. Regular recognition of good performance—both private and public—helps boost morale and motivation. Providing proper training, career development pathways, and mentoring shows genuine support for employees’ growth. Encouraging honest feedback without fear of judgment builds trust and improves teamwork. By leading with transparency, respect, and accountability, management can create a healthier, more productive workplace where people feel appreciated and motivated to perform at their best.

Big promises are made, very little are followed through.
The good thingsTravel and experiences Some really brilliant technicians and people to learn from.
The challengesRental solutions is the most unorganised unreliable part of the company. Management have no grasp of reality of the industry. Management quick to throw employees under the bus. No accountability from management. Outdated management practices. No proper fleet management software (all spreadsheets with questionable updates). Expect employees to do dodgy work to “get it done” No tooling or access specialty tooling. (Workshop didn’t even have benches) Always “no budget” for critical tools or necessary equipment. No real onboarding system. Unwillingness to get technicians access to sites. Technicians with no training on cat equipment. Equipment on site with no known service history, many units go 1000’s of hours without service. Customers/sites fed up with poor or no service. Not allowed to do warranty work as the OEM dealer.
