    Really great company and people.
The good thingsGreat colleagues, friendly management, clear goals, cool products, great projects, good perks subsidized lunch, low pressure work environment, no blame solution focused culture, heaps of training and extension of skills.
The challengesLarge organization so communicating across teams and multinational manufacturing sites poses some challenges. Pace of product development is extremely slow compared to small companies, for good reason, but took some getting used to. When during my employment period FPHC was running very small profits and Maximum payrises were at 2.5% below inflation, with a mortgage and young family this was unsustainable so i moved on.
