    It has been a wild ride, brace for a shock to the system from day 1. There is a lot of learning to pick up if you can keep your head above the water. The bureaucracy in the company can be likened to public hospitals.
    The good thingsBeing a multinational company, it is definitely a plus to have in your CV. The benefits & perks are probably above board.
    The challengesNon-existent onboarding & training process. You basically sink or swim OR be loyal to management rather than company. Unfortunately, that offers protection somehow? The management is nowhere near what GE values are.

    It has been great experience to work for GE Healthcare. I was always supported in my career growth and given opportunity to challenge myself. I am extremely happy to be the part of GE Healthcare which has customer, patients care and employee as their core focus. All the team are supportive and always willing to help the colleagues or the customers. Great team culture
    The good thingsEndless learning opportunities. You get an opportunity to expand your learning horizon if you are interested in. Individual takes an ownership of their career goal and the company is very supportive. If you are high achiever and willing to show initiatives to grow, this is the company you wanted to be in. Good Team culture, supportive organizational structure and everyone is willing to extend help.
    The challengesIf you are average achiever you will struggle to keep up with the pace. The standards are high and roles are dynamic so you need to pick things on the fly. Work life balance could be challenging due to the high expectations. As a multinational company sometimes its hard to navigate and understand the strategic direction from the leadership.
