High turn over and I wouldn’t recommend the hospital to anyone. Nothing positive about the hospital especially the medical ward. Management, disrespectful, unprofessional, insecure and no empathy and micromanages poor communication skills. No teamwork, lack of respect, over worked, dangerous ward to work on, junior RNs running the show that are just out of university ,nil senior RNs, no growth in your career due to insecure management and staff and if they don’t like u they will set u up to fail.

The good thingswith such a high staff turnover, theres always new faces.. and being approached by other hospitals to work for them is nice.
The challengesold dilapidated building. holes in roof. 8-10 patients per nurse. experienced nurses are leaving and being replaced by new grads.. staff seem miserable
