    Good for making some money if you can stand the poor management, but shouldn't be your main job.

    The challengesNo development in career. Try to save too much instead of increasing sales. Pizza oven has been broken since last year and has never been replaced, and the joke is that there are pizzas on the menu, but they can't even cook.

    The challengesNo support from HR owners terrible have no respect for people. Staff treated unfair, issues with air conditioning, rooms old no money put to renovations. Equipment all broken pizza oven never works and never being fix. Better hotels to work at like QT they treat you better there and respect you

    The good thingsThe staff is the only great part of imperial, besides the managers who don’t care about you or your work.
    The challengesManagement doesn’t care about staff, best workers are sent home, pay is often incorrect, and the hotel is falling apart. Owners cut costs everywhere and staff support is non-existent. No growth, no respect—just stress. Avoid if you’re looking for a fair or supportive workplace.
