A dysfunctional organisation that surveils its workers.
The good thingsBe aware that most of the reviews for this organisation are written by people working in the Head Office, but very few are from support workers on the front lines. This makes the star rating system artificial.
The challengesI contacted this organisation multiple times after onboarding to gain casual shifts for which I was employed. I found the organisational structure very frustrating, disheartening, and inept at delivering prompt, professional, and timely responses. I was given a company phone with spyware installed, and Jewish care used it to monitor the staff using it. The Workforce planner often contacted me on my personal phone despite being given a company phone. The Head Office is better furnished and designed than some of the SIL homes.
