    The good thingsTransparent leadership with lots of open communication, opportunity for development and support in day to day role.
    The challengesSmaller Physiotherapy team, which increases catchment area and travel. Travel is reimburse however, so this is not an expense I wear as an employee.

    The good thingsBeing able to grow and learn over different disciplines ie assisting in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physio and Psychology. Working with a wide range of clients from children to adults with different therapy needs Work, Life balance is encouraged.
    The challengesWorking autonomously can be challenging as an Allied Health Assistant we are required to obtain feedback, direction and training for our sessions with clients, from the supervising clinicians. At times we could be seeing one client for several disciplines. Alot of time management is required for Supervision, Team Meetings, Client Contact, Admin and Resources.
