    Strive to be the best person and provide the best care l can every day.
    The good thingsI like that Moyne Health strive for excellence in a friendly team environment. Work life balance is taken into consideration when asked for. Great team of managers who are approachable and value their staff. Person centred care is a priority in all areas of Moyne Health.
    The challengesTo be honest l cannot really find anything l dislike about Moyne Health. And if there was it would be similar in all aged care facilities and something that only Government could rectify.

    The good thingsVariety in role as RN. Most staff were lovely and great to work with.
    The challengesUnderstaffing. The work load was usually too excessive to complete within working hours.

    The good thingsMoyne health service was encouraging and supportive in my personal development with study and education to better myself
    The challengesDuring my 18 years of employment I had staff that moved on for varying reasons leaving myself to provide an after hours on all service. It was very demanding at times and personal sacrifices had to be made eg football commitments , leisure activities. However I first started my employment at the age of 18 and worked my way up and finished my working career as General Services manager. This was my first job from completing secondary school.
