    AI summary of recent reviews

Nextra Newsagency offers a workplace environment characterised by friendly co-workers and valuable opportunities for customer interaction. Employees appreciate the flexible working arrangements and work-life balance, while also valuing the chance to develop important customer service skills in a retail environment. Many find the variety of work engaging, particularly in stores with additional services like Ticketek and lottery products.

However, employees note several areas for improvement, including concerns about management practices at some locations and difficulties for casual staff in securing consistent hours. New employees face a learning curve with various systems, particularly regarding lottery products and procedures, and some mention that remuneration could be more competitive.
