    AI summary of recent reviews

The NSW Electoral Commission offers a positive and inclusive workplace environment, characterised by supportive management, well-organised processes, and thorough training. The organisation is praised for its welcoming culture and accessibility of work locations, with convenient public transport options available.

The main challenges stem from the nature of electoral work itself, with the seasonal nature of employment limiting permanent position availability. During election periods, staff may need to manage extended working hours and handle increased pressure and time constraints.
