The good thingsThe Engineering team at Oceaneering in Perth is full of hard working, bright Engineers. I have only been here a year, but found everyone very welcoming and supportive.
The challengesIts a bigger company so the processes are often antiquated and slow to change. There are many divisions and as you can see by other reviewers, some are run different to others!
