    My experience at Pan Pac Melbourne has been great!
    The good thingsThe recruitment process made me feel at ease as I was updated at every step of the way and I felt really good about joining the team. The people and culture team here are truly amazing, each one of them always makes time for you and are never 'too busy' to help or just have a chat. The office has a very fun culture and most people are easy to get along with. My leaders always make me feel appreciated and I always receive a thank you, even for small tasks. The staff benefits are brilliant and the P+C team frequently come around with treats for us which is such a nice token of appreciation!
    The challengesGetting up to speed with a lot of the guidelines and systems and processes took time but my team was always willing to help.

    Great Culture, Amazing team and Supportive Management! Being in a cluster role and working across the 3 hotels, I get to spend time with each hotel team. I can truly vouch for the great culture across all the hotels in Victoria. It is a place where you look forward to go to work everyday!
    The good thingsI love how we call come together to celebrate our success! The management team provides fair recognition to those who does a great job and is always guiding team members to perform well in their role with ongoing training and development plans- truly shows how much they invest in their people!
    The challengesLove every aspect of my role and the company! No complaints! I have been working with a different (well known) hotel chain for 14+ years before i joined to Pan Pacific Hotels Group. The transition was very smooth and i love the fact that the hotel team genuinely care about their associates. The perks are amazing and the fact that the company still provides hot lunch and dinner on a daily basis is amazing as most hotels has moved away from providing this basic perk for their associates!
