Everyone agrees that quick casual dining is the next big thing, but its surprisingly hard to define. What separates quick casual dining from fast food ?The origins of quick casual dining category date back to the late 1990's when Rashays took the value component of fast food and combined it with a fun, vibrant atmosphere and fresh to order quality meals.Source: This is an extract from the company's own website.

I would not recommend working here to anyone who values respect, mental health, or fair treatment.
The good thingsThere is absolutely no good things in working for this company. They pay peanuts to their employees and over work them.
The challengesI worked at Rashays RUOMKY for approximately 1.5 years. During my time there, I experienced ongoing victimisation and maltreatment from senior staff members. I raised these concerns with HR on multiple occasions, but no meaningful action was taken. Instead, the behaviour was allowed to continue, which severely affected my mental health. The management culture is extremely poor. Upper management, including the site manager and higher leadership, demonstrated a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for staff wellbeing. Rather than supporting or promoting hardworking employees, management frequently demotes staff, creating an environment of fear and instability. They appear to prioritise control over development and growth. Overall, this workplace was emotionally draining and unsafe for staff morale. I would not recommend working here to anyone who values respect, mental health, or fair treatment.

    Avoid at all costs.
The good thingsUnfortunately, no positive comments to make about the management or organisation. The staff at head office were generally nice, but very poorly treated. It was the worst workplace I've ever walked into. Jnr staff members feel intimated frequently working 6am - 8pm as well as weekends. No flexibility
The challengesOwner + management speak derogatorily about staff in Arabic so they don't understand what is being said about them. Very exclusionary culture. The CIO verbally aggressive towards staff yelling and asking if they're stupid in front of all in an open plan office. No training or onboarding.
