Better places to work, I would recommend for short term but not a company you'd stay for 5 + years.
The good thingsThis company knows how to party. They put on great events, their sales conferences, training events, sales celebrations. Some of the people were lovely but I felt a lot of my colleagues were just trying to keep up with the real estate agent culture in Sydney which can be toxic, not authentic to themselves.
The challengesManagement were a bunch of cowboys, big egos not very nice people. My role didn't specifically contribute to sales targets so my manager who also managed account managers didn't really give me the time of day. I didn't find it that flexible at the time, the pay was shocking for the hours given.

One of the worst places I've worked.
The good thingsHonestly, it's hard to describe something that was good. There are a few people that were great.
The challengesThe executives of the company talk a big game, and unfortunately that's lost on middle management. The people at REA are two faced, the KPIs are excessive, and the work life balance even for a remote working environment is way off. Avoid.

Fast-paced, demanding environment with high expectations
The good thingsREA Group offers a compelling work environment with numerous positive aspects. A key strength is its strong market position and brand recognition, providing employees with the opportunity to contribute to a leading player in the real estate industry.
The challengesREA Group, while a dominant force in online real estate, presents its share of workplace challenges. One recurring theme is the pressure to maintain market leadership.
