The good thingsthe people, we had great teams and people. Until Current Executives and CEO took over and brought in their friends and family
The challengesThe reviews regarding culture and senior management are all 100% correct, over the last year it has become worse. So many people start and leave within months. We are scared to speak out as there are a couple of managers that are held in high regard by executives and they are allowed to be rude and do whatever they want. I used to love working there but its not the same place it used to be

The challengesSCC work culture is terrible and I would not recommend this company to any future employees. Poor management and client care. All the company cares about is making a profit. They completely disregard staff and client concerns.
