    I was hired to work at the rehabilitation ward with a total of 36 beds and after a couple of months I was introduced to the Surgical ward with 40 beds. They have all sort of procedures, orthopaedics, plastics, eye surgeries, reconstructions. They also provided personel with training and there is a extensive range of professionals supplying a large variety of services to patients with different care needs. They also have surgical theaters and the eye clinic.
    The good thingsThey gave me a great opportunity to progress as a nurse, the hours were flexible, there were lots shifts abailable and they gave as lots of training opportunities.
    The challengesTo provide clients with the best level of service, reasure them and cover their health care needs.
