    Best team I have ever worked with.
    The good thingsThe management team really cares about its staff, they always make sure you are happy and that there is no dramas. They are always willing to provide training in all areas within the hotel. The team there is definitely a big family and it was great to be apart of it.
    The challengesThere weren't to many challenges working there, it did get pretty busy when big events were on in Townsville, but the managers were always prepared.
