I considered this to be a dream come to true to work at Transport. Working with an excellent group of seasoned professionals with exceptional camaraderie amongst peers, however in the last two and a half years there have been changes in leadership and organisational restructure. I would not recommend to anyone under current leadership group.
The challengesIn recent years, the investigations area has deteriorated and is now being managed by people who have little to no understanding of investigation processes. It has been very sad to watch
