    The good thingsPlenty of opportunity to implement change if you can get management support
    The challengesBeing local government its very hierarchical but that's the same everywhere.

    The good thingsInitially good work life balance, then new GM was appointed and changed agreed practices to suit his own methodology and I was 1st of 12 that were made redundant
