The good thingsGreat depot, working outdoors, different locations.
The challengesVery toxic culture which outweighs the benefits of working in what should be a good environment. Management don't listen to your concerns as they have no idea how to run a team and will simply throw you under a bus the moment you complain. Interesting to see how many people have applied for the same position over the years.
