Great Place to Start You're Admin Path
The good thingsGreat people to work with, happy & friendly & very close-knit - like a family. People generally care about you & your worries are their worries. Able to work from home a few days a week after mastering the role. The really in-depth training you are given & access to an Admin 'Bible' to
look at if you're stuck. Amazing office in a great location. Able to try out new things that interest you or what you want to learn. Clients are very friendly & sweet. Have great systems & processes which work & make sense.
The challengesPeople rarely double-check their work & Admin is left to find & catch every single mistake. No clear expectation of Admin's career growth within the company even when asked. Too small of an Admin Team for the size of the company & amount of clients. You aren't always acknowledged or listened to when you speak up about things of concern.
