Excellent company - working here will challenge you but you will develop your knowledge and practice.
The good thingsManaging Directors are hands on and really care about the young people. Framework is evidence based and very effective. although YLO cant compare to some larger companies that have huge online learning systems, the training that is provided is of a very high calibre especially around trauma and attachment.
The challengesThe young people can be very challenging to work with and within the one worker model this can burn staff out; this is particularly true if they are very inexperienced or having a 'rescuing nature'.
