Course does not exist any more at that University campus. I am confident that things are not the same as they were a decade ago.

Not enough practical. During my course they externalised it and told us it wouldn't affect us, it did big time-what a nightmare.

I am a studying bachelor of IT at Sydney campus of SCU. I think it was my good decision to choose SCU as my university because they made me proud as an international student in many ways that I cannot sum up in the survey. Also they are very keen in International student support that you wont find anywhere.

Online study is challenging, on one hand you can sort of go at your own pace and on the other it’s hard to have that interaction with your peers. But if you have to work and study then it works well.

Need more practical knowledge than theory classes . And there should be a pathway to help you in getting job before you finish study to progress your career .

The course was good and provided an excellent background in software development, in 2006. The university executive has since made significant cuts to staff which has resulted in cuts to subjects and now the degree is a shadow of its former self, in 2018.

SCU is in the process of revamping their IT degree, which is good because it's long overdue. Several of the classes required when I started are no longer offered. I think it will improve over time.

The course was alright, I have learnt some valuable skills. I believe it needs to include more practical components in some of their units. Overall I had an okay experience studying the course.
