My time at tafe we’re the best years of my life so far. The balance between practical and theory was extremely good. I benefitted much more from my time at tafe than my time at Uni. A great course, great teachers, loved everything about it

Overall the course was a great introduction to the various techniques, I wouldn't agree that you're career ready in certain subjects after graduating but it really depends on how much time you put into progressive learning when possible. The teachers were incredibly helpful in most departments and offered a great learning environment, we all got along really well and it was easy to open up communication and collaborate ideas.

Course focused on the more technical aspects such as coding of games, which was interesting but not my personal interest. Also tended to be full of recent school graduates who weren't necessarily taking it seriously so you need to be able to put up with them, too.

The teachers were attentive and friendly, they were understanding to my situation and were able to give me the learning materials in a way that I could easily understand. The close quarters were good and made it easy to learn and deal with the people around me.

Took this mainly to build up my own skills in order to create websites and so on. But it was great - thoroughly recommended. And compared to a private sector course I took in WordPress around the same time - the latter was not to be recommended and no longer operating. No surprise. Go with the professionals!
