Entry requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age; AND
  • Provide evidence of current immunisation status; AND
  • Provide evidence of a Working with Children Check and National Police Record Check; AND
  • Have access to a computer with a microphone and camera

Before enrolling, you must undertake a pre-training review which will assess your suitability for the course as well as your language, literacy, numeracy and digital literacy skills.

 

If you are wanting to complete this course as a traineeship, you will need to be registered with an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network Provider and have a training contract with an employer where you will be working at least 2 days a week.

Having had class only 1 day a week is not enough time to academically learn the required material of the course. Would have been better to have had 3 days maximum of in class theory to learn the material.
