For entry into this course students must have completed the following:

  • AQF Level 9 Masters qualification in Law or AQF Level 8 Bachelor of Law with Honours; OR
  • AQF Level 7 Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor with at least two years full-time, documented, relevant professional experience*; OR
  • AQF Level 7 Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor and comply with the University's English Language Requirements for Admission Rule

*Relevant experience includes, but is not limited to: Law Department, Legal Practice, Legal Research or Policy Writing
