For entry into this course students must have completed the following:

An AQF Level 8 Bachelor of Law with Honours; OR
An AQF Level 9 Masters qualification in Law; OR
An AQF Level 7 Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor (or overseas equivalent) with at least two years full-time, documented, relevant professional experience*; OR
An AQF Level 7 Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor (or overseas equivalent)

*Relevant experience includes, but is not limited to: Law Department, Legal Practice, Legal Research or Policy Writing
