The course is not contemporary and the material still references global events from 20 years ago as if they had only just happened. The course staff did not provide adequate or appropriate feedback in most cases. When they did it was often full of grammatical and spelling errors whilst pulling up the same errors in the assessment piece. The University experience was abhorrent and so bad that I left the institution and finished the second degree elsewhere. The cost of the degree was not aligned with the standard of coursework, and guidance expected.

There was a solid combination of theory and practical application in this well-structured and balanced training. I thought I had the abilities necessary to succeed in my new role after completing the course. When I got in touch with the lecturers, they were really kind and accommodating. Although there were some technical difficulties with the web interface, they were soon fixed
