I found the learning material outdated and at times quite vague. The webinars are all pre-recorded which made me feel like an afterthought rather than an active student. I would have liked the option of attending some live webinars and lessons. The workbooks also contained quite a few spelling and grammatical errors, which I wouldn't expect from a learning institution. My trainer only responded to 1 of my 4 emails asking for help and took over 2 weeks to grade a few of my assignments. Other students have also expressed frustration over the lack of support from the same trainer. When I handed in my last assignment, I heard nothing from my trainer (who ignored yet another email) or Upskilled for a full month until I contacted the head office asking what the next step was. It was a bit of an anticlimax after working so hard to complete the course. The initial sign up process was easy and the head office/student support staff are lovely and very professional, but that's where the 'wow' ended for me.
