Aurelia is in a very interesting phase as it continues to position itself as a polymetallic, multi-mine operation across gold, copper, lead and zinc. That creates real energy in the business and makes it a rewarding place to work, learn and grow. I also valued the opportunity to work with capable leaders and committed people across the organisation.
The challengesLike many businesses going through growth and transition, the journey can at times be demanding and requires resilience, adaptability and a shared focus on the longer-term vision. There are periods where a lot is being built at once, but that comes with being part of a company working toward an exciting next phase.

The good thingsAwesome close-knit team with heaps of support and a great work culture. Plenty of hands-on experience and learning opportunities for people new to the mining industry. Only have positive things to say and would recommend Aurelia to anyone else keen on getting their foot in the door :)
