The good thingsMost of the people you work with are amazing.
The challengesThere are no career goals, reviews or salary incentives. Upper management lacks support and guidance. You will do 3 people jobs, even ones not related to your department. You are expected to hit marketing targets but any ideas or suggestions will always get shut down due to ‘we’ve always done this’.
