Employees value their supportive colleagues and the family-like atmosphere, along with numerous learning opportunities across different departments. The company is also recognised for providing good work-life balance with flexible scheduling options.

My store manager and the team occasionally have conflicts, but I believe he’s a good person. I understand he pushes us to our limits with purpose. I just hope he becomes more aware of the team’s efforts and offers feedback and praise in a more genuine and empathetic way. (I know he’s trying, so much in fact, but sometimes stress gets the best of him.)
The good thingsMy team are like family to me when I was working at Prahran.
The challengesAside from dealing with rude customers daily, the store’s targets are quite unreasonable. Each department has its own goal, but commision only apply if the whole store meets its target. So even if you triple your own target, you get nothing if others fall short. Also,I didn’t like the group chat! 🙃
