Not a great place and organisation to work for if you want to grow

The challengesThe management have no clue how to run the company. As a consultant you are only asked to sell your capabilities to clients and get them to work with you. No interesting projects. for such a large global brand, the Australian location is disappointing.
Hardly any career advancement opportunity. When the world is moving to cloud, you will be left behind working on legacy systems.
