Good perks, scale up culture (mostly sales driven), good products suite/plan, below average growth opportunities, mixed feels on team culture
The good thingsAmazing perks, typical scale up culture (although changing rapidly as the company grows bigger).
The challengesSales first company, which means dev culture quality is not a big priority.
Dev world is driven by management which sparingly lacks experience in people skills, so, the experience completely differs from team to team (some driven by highly motivated individuals while others being more monotonous and toxic). Growth (horizontal or vertical) is completely on manager's disposal, with almost no clear plans to guide dev careers (following the philosophy of "If you can't understand them, confuse them")
