Good Short Term opportunity! Don't be different though.

The good thingsI love my co-workers, they are amazing to work with. Good location for Illawarra Locals.

The challengesStaff are constantly stretched, and management seem to only care about the bottom line. Staff resignations are en masse and it's difficult to justify putting in so much work for little to no renumeration or acknowledgement.

The good thingsComing into this new environment I have felt extremely supported and valued by both my peers and our Senior Management Team in such a genuine way. There are ample opportunities to make your mark within this organization and I have never felt so excited to be a part of the team at ICU.
