Could be great if management was more supportive
The good thingsEnjoyed the work I was doing, especially knowing it was for a greater purpose than profits Varied role/tasks Interactions with service users (people with disabilities) was very rewarding Working with some members of the team
The challengesManagement could be quite unsupportive of career growth & development - would rather keep employees in role they’re performing well in. Feedback from management would sometimes be vague Unmanageable workload which management was aware of but didn’t want to hear about Management not very supportive of health issues and would not allow flexible work to assist with this Culture started off excellent but went downhill after HR manager engaged Growth of organisation was too fast and mismanaged
